Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - This album is incredible!!!!
I have to say I think this is one of the best! It was a little awkward to me at first, but I just kept listening to it anyway. I love Tye Tribbett and GA, I love seeing them in concert! Tye is crazy and unique he is going to make unique songs. People who buy his albums should know that. But I love it! I love how different it is and how he has Kim back on it again! I absolutely love everything about this album. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - A little disappointed
I really WANTED to like this cd, but it just didn't do it for me. I liked a few of the songs, but Tye's last cd was much better than this one. I bought this cd because I have been on the Tye Tribbett team for a long time, and I wanted to support his music. Yet, I was a little disappointed when I listened to the songs. On one of the songs, the lyrics were basically being mumbled by G.A., and I had to look up the lyrics in the cd cover; but because all of the lyrics were so jammed together onto the page, I couldn't decipher them. Overall, the cd is mediocre.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - excellent
Tye Tribbet and G.A are an awesome group and what better way to come back out is to stand out.Awesome

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Exciting

Tye Tribbet's Stand Out is very interesting and exciting album. I'm not sure of the genre at times, but it's very unique and something different + has very strong no comprise kind of message. I like songs 1, 6-11 and 13. Others are ok or nothing special. The album has some crazy moments and I like listening to a CD where you don't know what comes next. Probably the best gospel album of the year (at least so far).

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Disappointed
This is not one Tye Tribbet's better efforts. His attempts to diversify his music, I think stretches him too far. This is a person, I believe, with "Prince" like talent. But sometimes, the world isn't ready for you. I think he needs to reel it in a little bit and give us smaller bits of his genius. I found only one or two songs on this CD that I liked and I only played the Cd a couple of times. I can clearly see where he's going with a lot of the efforts, but I'm not convinced. I happen to enjoy all types of music so I'm not stuck on hearing just "traditional" types of Gospel, I appreciate all venues. I think he needs to go back to his successes and determine what really works best.
