 - Missed on this oneI am a great fan of Ce Ce, however, this one wasn't as enjoyable. It dosen't capture that heartfelt sense of WOW, this is awesome. It was fairly enjoyable. Sorry but this one missed it. Rating:  - Praise and Honor to GODHaving read the reviews of some about this CD not moving them is LUDICROUS. CeCe is NOT singing to them, she is singing to her LORD and SAVIOUR!!!!! Having listened to it for the first time I felt that way too (I wanted to hear her full voice), but after LISTENING more closely this is HER best work yet. EVERY song moves me to WORSHIP and PRAISE my HEAVENLY FATHER. I play this CD to and from work and I get my praise on!!!!! Cece's latest endeavors have taught me it is more about worship and praise than just making me feel good. CeCe is the STANDARD BEARER for gospel music and I am blessed to be able to hear her GLORIFYING the FATHER! THIS IS A MUST BUY FOR THOSE WHO WANTS TO BE TRULY UPLIFTED (not about you), AND THEREFORE UPLIFT OUR HEAVENLY FATHER!!!!! If I could rate this 10 stars, I would. CeCe, keep on singing and I will keep on buying your glorious music!!!!! Rating: - different but still another great CDwell at first it took me awhile to like this cd but once i ve listen to it again i like it alot ,the one thing about Cece is that she always changed her style of music and never follow the same tactic or pattern of music that people think she should sound like and also she put her all in all into her music like a DIVA be bless and open your mind and heart cuz after all its about the Gospel of CHRIST and not the way, of how one should sound like Rating:  - Timeless message delivered very wellFirst, let me say that I'm a diehard Cece fan! Have been since age 14 when I saw her and Bebe in the Addictive Love video on B.E.T. one day. I was instantly mesmerized and it's really changed me in more ways than one in life as they are just so positive and uplifting. I've leaned on their music in times when I couldn't lean on people. I say all that to explain that I'm probably NOT an objective person in the review department as Cece can do no wrong in my eyes. But I'll try... Thy Kingdom Come is a wonderful CD, but does not give you as much Cece voice as she's got in there and that we all love to hear. The message is classic Cece with a heavy emphasis on praise and worship. It's encouraging and continues the message that no matter what's going on in this world we can make it. Keep looking to the Lord, keep your head up, remember His sacrifice, keep praising, keep pressing toward our ultimate goal...well, you get it. It's the message I love with the focus I love. I think one of my instant favorites is "Worthy". She sings, "Oh my soul, you have not been left alone. He counted us worthy, so let's be worthy." I think she has a real gift for speaking to young people in their situations and this recording continues that tradition with a sound that invites young and old, Black and White and everyone else to join in. Cece has such a powerful voice, and honestly I've always been a little inspired by the fact that she doesn't have to "showboat" to deliver an album or a moving worship to the Lord. She likes the focus to be in the right place and I think that's the sign of a mature worshiper. But you do kind of want to hear that fire from time to time and this album doesn't really present too many of those "blow you away" vocals. That's my only complaint. But her beautiful voice is no less beautiful and it's certainly an album to have in your rotation. Cece Winans doesn't put out weak music and this recording holds to that standard! The message of hope is all over it. Now I'm looking forward to that Hymns album that is to come! Rating: - Great Praise and Worship CD..!I've read some of the reviews and wondered what they are listening to. Some people have their preferences I understand, but after listening to the cd the first time..which I found to be different..lyrically and instrumentally..in a great way,,I listened to it again with what the other reviews said about the songs in mind, how the disc does not showcase her voice or the production not sounding as good as it could have been and I still hear what I heard the first time.. GREAT Praise and Worship..it's different..like every album Cece puts out..she changes it up in a good way.. I like...I like ... but that's my opinion:) Enjoy for yourself.!
