- Not Just for kidsI have to admit I am not a big fan of most of children's music. However I really do enjoy They Might Be Giants. So when my son begged, pleaded, and crawled on his knees to get me to buy this album, I had to give in and send off my hard-earned money. And yes, I regret it. Not because it is bad music, but because it is GOOD. Not because it is kid's music, but because it has the humor/ zaniness that most of TMBG's music has. I can't get the hooks out of my head! It doesn't help that my son wants to listen to it again and again and again. They only other album allowed in his list is the 123's! I wonder if they could be convinced to do an album in Spanish. Then I'd have three CD's to spin. Rating: - Cute and silly alphabet songsI love "They Might Be Giants." They have such fun songs and great senses of humor. I especially enjoy the DVD's for both this and "Here Come the 123's." Rating: - Great for all ages!I bought this for my preschooler who is starting to learn about the alphabet. Being a long time fan of TMBG, I thought, what a wonderful and creative way to reinforce the alphabet! My daughter loves watching the DVD and we play the CD everyday singing along while we play. The lyrics are witty and the tunes are catchy. We love it! Rating: - Great fun for everyone! What a great, fun album! Our 23 month old has been listening to it for about 6 months now, and loves to speak along to it. Different songs are favorites at different times. My husband and I think it is catchy and fun for us, too. If your toddler is going to demand songs be repeated "one more time" as our does, these are songs you can listen to, too, "one more time" ad infinitum (almost). You even learn to sing the alphabet backward! Rating: - Great! Here's another great hit by They Might Be Giants. Wonderful music and I loved the CD/DVD music combo. I don't think you can go wrong with this musical group for children.
