 - gret for kidsmy son (2) loves the cd and dvd. we sing the songs all the time - very catchy. What i really like is that the music is fun for kids and absolutely tolerable for adults, unlike a lot of other kids music. we have 123'and NO also -- all frequently requested by my son. Rating: - Great CD and DVDfun songs and enjoyable DVD I think my son has learned to recognize many letters from watching this DVD. Rating: - Reminds me of Electric CompanyMy kids love this video. They've never really shown much interest in TV or videos (like Baby Einstein), until I put this video in. It kept their attention and they're now starting to learn their letters. They keep asking for it over and over. When we play the CD, they get excited and start talking about what is in the video. I loved Electric Company and Sesame Street growing up and this reminds me of them, though just focused on the music and letters. I highly recommend it! Rating: - Excellent!We love the DVD and the music. TMBG is very clever in their music writing, and they make the music fun and enjoyable for kids and grown ups alike. There's great variety in the style of music, and it's all educational, so that's a plus. Our family of 4 highly recommends ABCs and 123s! Rating: - Kid's music you can deal withI'd always been aware of TMBG and was kinda surprised to see that they were doing children's music. My daughter just turned two and despite our best efforts she is quite fond of the Doodlebops and stuff. One of my wife's friends sent this disc for her third birthday and it is a homerun hit. We listen to it every night before bed, a mini-dance party before she hits the sack. The songs are quirky, fun, and I suppose mildly educational. Best of all I don't feel like I need a shower like after dancing and singing to the Doodlebops, my musical integrity is intact! It looks like Santa will be stuffing Abbey's stocking with some more TMBG. If your looking for more palatable children's music tryNot for Kids Only which is full of folksy songs that my daughter loves as well. Maybe Ween should get on the children's music bus, that would be great.
