- CoolIf you're a fan you'll love it. If you're not a fan you will become one. Rating: - Awesome visual pleasure for the Duran fanI ordered this set after renewing my love for the band from their latest release, Red Carpet massacre. Boy am I glad I purchased this. It gave me such visual pleasure to see these handsome men performing my favorite songs and introducing me to some songs that I was unaware of. I fell in love with What Happens Tomorrow, Come Undone and Reach Up for the Sunrise for the first time because I hadn't listened to or purchased a Duran Duran CD since their greatest hits came out years and years ago. I have to say I was disappointed with the CD that came in the set. It was great but failed to include the two songs I really liked from the DVD, Come Undone and What Happens Tomorrow. Simon LeBon is absolutely fantastic to watch and I would recommend this set to any "oldtimers" who might have forgotten just how great this band is! Rating: - DisapointmentThe band is not the reason for this bad review, it is those irritating area codes. DVD doesn't work in Europe. The tip to Amazon: please, mention this in the product description! It is totally stupid to purchase a product, then wait it four weeks and the find out that the area code is wrong! I'm going to return this item. Rating: - Duran Duran Still RulesI have been a fan since "Hungry Like The Wolf" was first aired on MTV. I have all of their CD's and DVD's, but the "Live From London" DVD is by far my favorite. The band has matured, and they play with passion. It's no longer for the pop chart or to see if they could out rank Spandau Ballet. And the best thing is, they are no longer being chased by a bunch of screaming teenage girls, evidence from the audience in the video. I went to see one show when they toured America in 2005, and they rocked the house. I wish I had also gone to see them in Vegas or L.A. I was pleased that they performed obscure favorites such as "New Religion", "Careless Memories, "The Chauffeur", and "Night Boat". However, it would had been nice if "Is Anyone Out There" was also added to the list. But think about it, this DVD contains 20 songs. How many band can perform 20 live songs night after night in their late 40's? Rating: - andy taylor wash very coola very cool dvd. just a very good dvd with DD andy taylor rock.
