Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Good buy, but FYI this is not the "Foldout" Adventure Pack
I won't bother rating the movies since they've already been reviewed by trillions of people here.

Be aware that Amazon doesn't seem to be selling this collection as a "fold-out" version of the "Adventure Pack" packaging (not anymore, anyway): The 3 pics of the original collection and packaging posted at the top of the page are from a customer, not Amazon.

The package consists of:
1) A printed hard paper DVD case sleeve that looks identical to the "foldout" container pictured, except that it obviously doesn't have "fold out" doors.

2) Inside the sleeve is a DVD holder that looks identical to the one in the customer pics.

3) The printed art on the DVDs is different for each disc, unlike the customer pics which show them as printed specifically for the Adventure Pack (black with a red Jurassic Park logo). It's as though the discs were taken from individual retail packaging and placed in this set. Bummer. However, the disc menus appear to be made using the same theme or template (you'll see what I mean), so who knows? Each disc is 8GB dual-layer, and each contains many extras like "Making of..." and more.

It would be nice to have gotten the fold-out version of the set, but in all it's certainly worth the $14 I paid for it. I'm sure if you don't have the expectation of getting the original packaging, you'll be happy with this set as well.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Horrible
I ordered this product, believing it was the edition with the fold-out front cover, and also with all the collectors edition disks.

Now, it is the 'Adventure Pack' but its not the pack that was described. I was very unhappy when I opened this package and viewed my cheap three disk set, in which I paid 19.99 for.

This was my first experience actually buying off of Amazon.com, though my boyfriend has had very good experiences. I will not be buying anything from this site again.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Love It
My girlfriends nephew loves dinosaurs. I was happy that he enjoyed the movie. what I was disappointed about was the delivery time. It took almost 2 weeks to come.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - "Welcome to... Jurassic Park!"
The Jurassic Park Adventure Pack includes the three blockbuster films, the first two of which were directed by Steven Spielberg, and the last of which was directed by Joe Johnston. The films are loosely based upon characters and events from the novels, Jurassic Park and The Lost World by Michael Crichton. Though each film surpasses its predecessor in the evolution of computer-generated visual effects, the screenplays become progressively worse. There have been many critics who have said that they wished this series would spend more time on developing three-dimensional characters, rather than spending so much time and money on creating three-dimensional dinosaurs. Even though these films vary in artistic and technical quality, this set is a worthwhile addition to a collector's film library due in part to the amazing array of bonus materials.

Jurassic Park - 1993
Jurassic Park is an impressive step forward in the history of filmmaking, and despite its flaws (most of which can be attributed to the screenplay), the film has become an American classic.
When Alan Grant, a paleontologist and Ellie Sattler, a paleobotanist are invited to spend the weekend on a remote tropical island where they will preview an amusement park, they have no idea what wonders and horrors lie in store. The park's owner, John Hammond, has created a zoological preserve for dinosaurs. Unsurprisingly, the dinosaurs escape from their confines and begin attacking and eating people.

The Lost World: Jurassic Park - 1997
The Lost World: Jurassic Park is a somewhat disappointing follow-up to the first Jurassic Park film, but the fact that the screenplay was poorly written didn't affect the film's overall Box Office success.
Ian Malcolm leads an expedition to the remote island of Isla Sorna, which is the neighboring island to Isla Nublar, where John Hammond's park was created. Malcolm's goal is to rescue his girlfriend and aid conservationists who want to protect the island and its ancient inhabitants, but soon they find themselves in mortal danger.

Jurassic Park III - 2001
Jurassic Park III is easily the weakest film in the Jurassic Park series; this is due to the illogical plot and the shallow (almost non-existent) characterization. Joe Johnston, who was eager to helm a film in the series directed, this third film. However since the film's dismissal by critics and fans, he has declined an offer to direct the fourth Jurassic Park film.
Alan Grant is deceived into helping a divorced couple rescue their son from Isla Sorna, where the boy was stranded after a glider accident. When fearsome prehistoric beasts attack their search party, Grant must help them to survive.

Collectively the three films feature an impressive cast including Sam Neill, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, Richard Attenborough, Bob Peck, Martin Ferrero, B.D. Wong, Samuel L. Jackson, Wayne Knight, Joseph Mazzello, Ariana Richards, Julianne Moore, Pete Postlethwaite, Arliss Howard, Vince Vaughn, William H. Macy, Téa Leoni, Alessandro Nivola, Trevor Morgan, and Michael Jeter.

Disc 1 contains the original Jurassic Park film, along with these bonus materials: The making of Jurassic Park documentary, early pre-production meetings, animatics sequence, storyboards, dinosaur encyclopedia, production notes, cast and filmmakers' bios, and theatrical trailers for all three Jurassic Park films.

Disc 2 contains the sequel The Lost World: Jurassic Park, along with these bonus materials: Making The Lost World documentary, two deleted scenes, illustrations and conceptual drawings, storyboards, The World of Jurassic Park, The Magic of ILM, dinosaur encyclopedia, production notes and photographs, cast and filmmakers' bios, and theatrical trailers.

Disc 3 contains the sequel Jurassic Park III, along with these bonus materials: The Making of Jurassic Park III documentary, audio commentary with the special effects team, The New Dinosaurs of Jurassic Park III featurette, Tour of Stan Winston Studios featurette, A Visit to ILM (3 featurettes), dinosaur turntables, Behind-the-Scenes (3 featurettes), Final Feature Comparison multi-angle featurette, Jurassic Park III archives, theatrical trailers, Montana: Finding New Dinosaurs featurette, production notes, cast and filmmakers' bios, and more.
