- A little BoringI thought this cd was a little boring. I like more variety. I think he could have picked some better songs. Rating: - Acoustic JacksonI like this CD... It's just him and his music. I like the intros to the songs and how he shares small glimpses of his life. Hope there is a Vol 2 Rating: - shut up and singI started to buy Volume 1 and Volume 2 and some other JB stuff from the old days. Before I sent my order I listened to some of the samplers. I wanted to hear the Pretender but couldn't because JB was yapping away with some low-class putdowns about how the USA might not be the greatest country in the world and commenting about a group that wanted to Sail Away from here. Then I remembered that JB has often done the liberal California thing when talking about the military and the government of the United States. I thought that if he felt that way and wanted us all to know it then I would show him how I felt and not buy his stuff. Brown, Raitt, Springsteen, et al should just shut up and sing. I don't care and don't want to know what they think about politics. No great loss to me, for sure. Rating: - Thanks Jackson! These CD's are a real treasure, you get his singing and sense of humor, I have seen him over 30 times live and he always delivers a great show! Rating: - Accoustic Jackson Browne -- The title says it all!In a speldndid performance, Jackson Browne accompanies himself on guitar and piano. His seemingly unrehearsed patter to the audience presents a relaxed and confident Jackson performing some of his finest songs. Good show.
