Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great time saver
I like kick boxing workouts in general, and this one is good--has some moves I haven't seen before. It is great when you're short on time. Keli's instruction is clear and simple. I have 1 other 10 Min. Solution DVD (pilates w/ band) which I also like for the same reasons. I usually just do 1 of the workouts as an addition to my regular longer workouts. I especially like the 2 cardio and 1 abs on this DVD. It isn't too difficult, so I think it would be good for beginners. For advanced you could add weighted gloves, which I've done and found it helped.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - It's amazing!
If you're tired of the same old workout then this video is perfect for you! Like many others have said, she uses a lot of different moves to make this workout amazing. I have so much fun doing this workout that I do the whole video before I realize it! I very highly recommend this video. :)

PROS:
- Very unique kickboxing inspired workout.
- Lots of fun so the workout goes by very fast.
- All the segments will get your heart rate up.
- While each segment specifically targets one area, it still works your whole body.
- She starts slowly and lets you work up without dragging on.
- Perfect for people who need a new workout or something to add onto their regular one!

CONS:
- NOT for beginners! It WILL be very rough if you haven't exercised in a long time.
- Some of the camera angles seem kind of weird so you can't see what exactly she's doing.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Boring Workout
This workout is not without challenge. So, even though it starts out easy, some of the sections get your heart rate up and and you will work up a sweat. However, the fact that each segment begins with its own warmup makes it too disruptive to do as one complete workout. Also, Keli Roberts is by herself, there are no background exercisers, and she is just no fun at all. I found this workout incredibly boring.
I recommend Amy Bento, Cathe Friedrich or Chalene Johnson for fun and challenging kickboxing workouts, but don't waste your time and money on this one.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - After four babies!
I am not an exercising expert, but I began with this video 3 years ago after my third child and found it to be intense! I worked out at least four or five days/wk and it took the weight off, kept me interested enough and taught me form and technique.
The instructer in it is not annoying (big factor for me- I want to feel like she is working, too!) and I tried Billy Blanks tonight, making it through more easily than this video. He is ok, but I am here, looking for a new Keli video as I don't find him intense enough after my 4th child and this video I have done enough to do it in my sleep! Keli is the way to go after 3 yrs of kickboxing videos (hey, you try to get to a gym with all of these munchkins :)
She gets the weight off and makes me feel strong.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Great workout!
I have tried a few workout videos and this one is one of the best. I like the 10 minute segments because i convince myself to keep going only 10 more minutes. Keli Roberts (the instructor) is pleasant. She isn't cheesy and doesn't talk too much. Each segment is a fun and challenging. I only have two complaints: One, I would have liked to have more of a routine mixing up punches and kicks , and two, I avoid the Buns and Thighs segment because there are alot of squats and it is hard on my knees. I still miss the kickboxing class I used to take a the park district near where I used to live. I think I was spoiled with a fantastic instructor there and nothing else will quite compare.
