Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Best band ever!!!
I absolutely love Def Leppard and have for a long....long time!! This collection is superb! The only song that I really miss on it is Gods of War from Hysteria, other that that it is wonderful!! A must-have for any Def Leppard fan!!!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Welcome to the Rock & Rock Circus!!
This album has most the hits from most of their albums.
There is quit a bit they left out, they should've made
this a box set with about 4 CD's & like 1 DVD.
It's would've covered more of the other hits that are't
on this album.
Outside of that I would have to say it's a good album.
I rate this album a 8 from 1to10!!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent
I bought this ablum in anticipation for a new Def Leppard concert coming to town and for one particular song: Paper Sun. It turned out to be a great selection of songs. Nearly every single of their hits is on this exemplary CD that defines real rock. I am now a Def Leppard fan for life!
Personal Favorite songs: Paper Sun, Promises, Pour Some Sugar, Love Bites, and Slang

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - what do you want? i want rock n' roll!
what do you want?/i want rock n'roll!/you betcha!/long live rock n' roll!/def leppard sing in the classic rock of ages. that song gives this collection its title. 35 classic songs on 2 cds. isn't that awsome or what? ok i'll give you the song list. the songs include pour some sugar on me,foolin',photograph, high and dry(saturday night),women, love bites, rocket,no matter what, two steps behind, let's get eocked, and have you ever needed someone so bad. that' quite a list isn't it? listen to this album ,you will hear these songs and many more great songs. trust me you will like this album as much as i do. ed wilson

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Should have been five stars, but wasn't...
The concept was correct: Use of a full two CD's to represent all the great songs the band has produced. However, the selection was incorrect. There is too much emphasis on obscure tracks like "Paper Sun"? and "Waterloo...". But perhaps the most glaring faux pas, is that the albums "High and Dry" and "Pyromania" are under represented. Where is "Action...Not Words" and "Stagefright" or "You've got me Runnin'" and "Lady Strange". Also, "Die Hard the Hunter" is likely the ONLY weak song from "Pyro" and they choose it? Nonsense... Once they release Pyro and High n' Dry in a remaster, those are the two to get after Hysteria.
