- A Great DVD, Bra!Simply put: if you're a fan of the show, you are going to like this DVD. And if you haven't seen it yet, this is a good way to check it out! The only downside is: it doesn't have the entire season, only 7 episodes. BUT it does include an A&E special from a few years ago, which is cool to see because Beth and Dog looked kind of different - it was one of my favorite things on the DVD. A good buy! Rating: - The best reality show on TV right now!!!As a rule, I don't watch reality TV shows. Most of them are so moronically stupid it boggles the mind. But I got started watching the Dog man quite by accident, and I've been hooked every since. I love it that this guy takes a hard line but genuinely tries to help these people. His life is written on his face, and he's a born-again Christian! I especially love that!! A bounty hunter with a heart, who's a family man---what a concept! If you haven't watched this series yet, you're missing out. And the fact that it's only gotten one negative review here from a person whose rating moniker says it all, speaks loudly of how effectively Duane Chapman is getting through to the fans who love him. Keep up the good work, Dog!! Rating: - Love the DVD but...I really love this season set but, I am a little disappointed that it only came with about 7 of the episodes. I wish the Dog season sets would include all of the episodes in the current season. I am a fan and unable to watch the show on cable anymore so I wait for the set hoping for most or all of the episodes. Rating: - Dog isGreat! Amazon is, too!I had a little trouble getting my DVD but when I reached Amazon it was fixed right away. The DVD came in wonderful shape and I am thrilled. Rating: - Fun series with an interesting castIf you haven't actually seen the series and are interested in checking it out, this is a great way to get started with it. The cast is human, interesting, and enjoyable to watch, and you never get tired of seeing the 'Dog' get his man. The humanitarian side to the series really gives you a different feeling from other law enforcement shows like 'cops'. These fugatives have two sides, which the show brings to the light through Dog's actions towards them. He is tough as nails during the hunt, then soft and compassionate afterwards. It's not just "Lets throw this scumabg in jail". Dog seeks to rehabilitate the people he catches by using the hammer of justice and jail time combined with a softer "Hey I've been there, Bro, and I pulled myself out of it... you can to." approach. I rated this DVD a 4 only because I would have gladly paid more for a full seasons worth and am disappointed this is the only offering. Still, a great series and you'll definitely enjoy these episodes!
