- Why don't they make games for the gamecube anymore?I am currently playing Twilight Princess and find the graphics on Gamecube very colorful and detailed. Why can't the powers- that- be continue to make games for this system? Some of us poor "shlubs" really like playing this! Rating: - The Console Rocks, The Controllers Are Terrible!I have owned my GameCube for 7 years now and it runs perfectly, what I really did hate is the controllers. ... Sure some work and some don't but you'll get a 5% chance of pure luck for a controller that runs properly. Intec has good controllers but bad lastings, MadCatz is terrible, they advertize their controllers like their the best, as for Pelican... well... I hate Pelican actually, because I bought a controller and it took me 30 mins to get the signal the the next 30 secs I lost the signal. Nintendo is the only brand I can trust. I own a black controller from them, it doesn't work anymore, but i've had it 6 years before it stopped working. Anyway I have a Black GameCube Console, others are saying, "All the Games on GC are boring" or , "My GC burned out". For one reason I don't find the GC games boring, though some game might drag the console down (like Ed, Edd n Eddy The Mis-Edventures) other games such as Pikmin 2 are extremely addictive. I think the reason the Consoles are burning out so fast is that you need to have a extremely fun game and a long GC time. If you don't play your GC will burn out I think. I wasn't very pleased to hear the news that the GC is being discontinued, but I was pleased to see that the on the WII you can play GC games. I own tons of Consoles and I rate the GC a 3.5/5, it's the darn controllers that get me all angry!! Rating: - Gamecube, because Nintendo builds fun-in-a-cubeGreat system for anyone that likes playing fun, multiplayer games. Great for the family or for any level of mischievous players. Rating: - Happy Grand ChildWe purchased this game cube for our 6 yr old grandson. He loves it and does real well on the games he is able to play. Quality product and great service as usual. Thanks. Rating: - gamecubeI bought the gamecube in 2003, and it still works perfectly fine. Tons of really fun games, especially for younger players, make this a great birthday/holiday present if you want a nintendo videogame system for under $100.
