 Rating: - Great RemindersGreat book. I started to browse through the book before listening to the CD. The CD in the back of the book is 99% the same as the book. A few words off here and there but not a big deal. I have it in my car right now. I love the daily affirmations for each chapter. (Prospertiy, self esteem, work etc.) Great gift for yourself or for others. Rating: - Peaceful, Gentle, Loving I love this book! Louise Hay has a peaceful, joyful way of writing and speaking. This book comes with a CD, with Louise reading the book. It is great to listen to in the car. I also enjoy reading from this book everyday.
