The dress fit well in the bust unlike other reviewers seemed to experience, but I don't have much of a bust...at all. So the top of the dress being padded was not a problem for me at all and I thought it enhanced my tiny bust quite nicely. The problem for me was that I felt the dress was just a touch too long (it fell about an inch below my knee and the skirt was a little too poofy for my small frame. ... The padded bust coupled with the poor fabric choice wouldn't allow the dress to lay flat. I love the IDEA of the dress, it is a flattering style for a woman with curves, but when you have curves the quality of the garment is crucial. They missed the mark on this one.
