Let's Dance! is a collection of dance-able, sing-able, toe-tapping Spanish melodies for kids of all ages. Upbeat Latin rhythms help children learn the Spanish words for letters, numbers, colors, parts of the body, directions, activities, and more! A Bailar! Let's Dance! includes popular traditional children's songs as well as original compositions by award-winning Latin American musical artist, Jorge Anaya. Songs introduce children to both Spanish vocabulary and a variety of Latin music as they sing and dance along to a playful mix of salsa, merengue, corrido, cumbia, ranchera, rumba, and more! From the three-part harmonies of El Baile de las Manos --The Hand Dance -- to the rollicking Hora de Limpiar -- The Clean Up Song, from the playful melody of Los Deditos -- The Fingers -- to the rock and roll tunes of Ere y Erre -- R and RR -- and El Arco Iris -- The Rainbow Song, this assortment of delightful Latin tunes is sure to become a favorite with young listeners. English and Spanish speakers alike will delight in new twists on familiar favorites including Cabeza y Hombros -- Head and Shoulders, Brilla, Brilla, Estrellita -- Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, and De Colores. Popular traditional favorites include Las Mañanitas, Los Pollitos, Vengan a Ver Mi Granja, and Los Niños Cuando Bailan. This collection of memorable music will appeal to kids and grown-ups alike and, best of all, it makes learning Spanish simple and fun! Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - A wonderful CD for Spanish playThe music is wonderful! My 4 year old wants to hear it over and over again. It's a great resource for playing games with your kids to teach them body parts, for example. The music is very agreeable, too, so you won't be banging your head against the wall. Even though I don't have the booklet (I bought the CD in mp3 format), I've had no problems in understanding the lyrics. I was looking for a fun and catchy CD to use in helping me teach my kids Spanish, and this is it! As a linguist, I highly recommend ... From tongue twisters such as "Hora De Limpiar" to the everyone-should-learn "Las Mañanitas," each song is a little lesson in itself. The words are clearly sung, and the music is pleasant enough for an adult. I recommend this for both children 2+ to adults. Rating: - We LOVE this CD!Our 15-month-old loves this CD! We listen to it several times a day at her request. It begins first thing in the morning when she says, "Miskit, pease!" (Music, please!), and continues throughout the day. We are going to have to buy another copy for the babysitter's house because she is so distraught when she asks for it on a day when we've forgotten it at home. I have also really enjoyed listening to the CD and have found myself dancing and singing along, which hasn't happened with any of the other ... So I bought a copy of this Spanish song collection right after it was released. My kids love listening to the CD at home and in the car. They have picked up a ton of Spanish from the eclectic mix of songs, which includes songs about parts of the body, directions, animals, colors, etc. The songs are catchy and sometimes after dropping my kids off at school I find I'm ...
