The overall music mind set is just that , incredible music for our times , from early Chicago , to King Crimson ( horns and all ) , with some Young Marble Giants in the way , the Smiths and the Buzzcocks ... They didn't put this together and it doesn't sound like anyone with even the slightest bit of an ear for flow did either as it sounds choppy to listen to the songs in this order. When "Kid A" was released in 2000 was very disappointed, and more or less lost interest in the band. Any Radiohead fan would love this compelation. Although is lacks a few of the "true" Radiohead songs (songs like Bishop's Robe, which I cannot find anywhere!!), it's nice to have all of the songs that the arists seem to like on one album (2) A must for any Radiohead fan!! |
