BUT both the keyboard and mouse that were supplied with this HP PC repeatedly froze up! I've consumed so many hours with the call center uninstalling, restalling drivers; resetting BIOS; subsituting hardware I already owned from other machines, to no avail! My solution? The dvd rom randomly opens itself during shutdown, which may not be discovered for a day. It constantly updates, making it even slower, and most of the updates are useless to me.
