 Rating:  - Good, after repair.I had to call HP support after multiple blue screen crashes leading finally to being unable to open Windows. Tech support tracked down the problem to a faulty memory chip. They are sending a replacement. This machine came with 3GB of memory. The 2GB chip is the one that went bad and is being replaced. I am now running on 1GB while waiting for the replacement chip. Performance is slower but no problems. I am satisfied with the computers features and performance and wouldn't try to talk anyone ...
