![]() Rating: - The best computer speakers!I was somewhat skeptical of the other reviews for these speakers, but I always heard that Boston Acoustics made good speakers and decided to get these for my wife's computer since she is an avid music lover. She loves all sorts of music from world music, to R&B, to music from the 20s, etc It all sounds so much better coming through these speakers. The sound reproduction is so crisp and clear with good range. I was just stunned at how well the speakers sounded. I am truly envious and am going ... Can be turned all the way up and stays clear without distortion. From Cristopher Cross to Tribe called Quest, these do not dissapoint. A huge improvement over the CS Megaworks 210D set that I just bought and returned. When I saw that Boston Acoustics made some, I knew they would be my best bet at getting good quality ones. The sound quality is great compared to other high-end pc speakers I listened to prior to purchasing. The bass is balanced and not distorted as most speaker systems seem to be plagued with. The speakers are visually neutral. They aren't ... Read More Rating: - Great Sound for 2.1Boston Accoustics Horizon MM226 are very good in sound reproduction and no real loss of clarity at higher volumes. I think the sound for both music and blue ray on the computer were very good, crips highs and good bass but I had to have the base volume at it's highest to like what I was listening to whether movies or music. The separate control device is a great thing to have. They followed Bose in that area and it is a great choice have that wired remote as you can place it anywhere. If you are ... Read More |
