Editorial Review:

Amazon.com:
Someone get Amy Adams on the Broadway stage, stat! She may not have the huge pipes that are supposed to be necessary for singers nowadays, but based on her sweet performance of three songs on this soundtrack, she gets a tune. Leaving aside High School Musical-style contemporary pop, Disney returns to its sources here, with a fairy tale set to a traditional-minded score by Alan Menken (The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, etc.). The first three songs are loving, well-crafted homages to Disney classics, such as Cinderella and Snow White; tellingly, the lovely "Happy Working Song" (with lyrics by Stephen "Wicked" Schwartz) sounds like it could have been lifted from any number of Disney movies--and that's meant as a compliment. Carrie Underwood brings us back into the 21st century with the single "Ever Ever After", which in comparison feels a bit more anonymous. Menken also supplies several instrumental cues, often reprising themes alluded to in the songs, and James Marsden wraps things up with a hilariously straight-faced version of "That's Amore." --Elisabeth Vincentelli

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - So Fun!
I love this soundtrack! It has all the songs from the movie in it, so if you liked the movie, you'll like the soundtrack. The first few songs are actually sung, and the rest is background music from the movie. I've mostly been listening to just the singing songs, which are excellent! I would highly recommend this soundtrack!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - live happily ever after with this "Enchanted" soundtrack!
Disney's ENCHANTED is one of my favourite movies at the moment, so naturally I had to buy the soundtrack album. It delivers all your favourite musical moments from the movie, plus some beautiful orchestral pieces from the back-score as well.

In the film Amy Adams plays Giselle, a would-be princess in the animated world of Andalasia, about to be married to her fairytale prince Edward (James Marsden), but who is pushed down a well by vengeful Queen Narissa (Susan Sarandon) and emerges ... Read More

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Good for your Enchanted fan
My daughter and I love the movie, so we ordered the soundtrack as soon as we could. The first five songs are wonderful. After that all that's left is the instrumental score--boring for a child. We play the first five songs only, but they're worth the price!

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Good buy
My girls love the movie and the first 5 songs of the CD. They don't care to listen to the instrumental music but do love the rest of the songs
