I'm transitioning from Palm to Pocket PC so I do have some grips about the Windows Mobile OS but the device itself works good and does more then my Palm. The hardware is small and fits good in my pocket but I wish the alarm was louder and had a vibrating alert. The screen is vibrant and is good for viewing pictures. I've only viewed short video clips and they look good but I'm not sure how it will hold up with the dark and bright screens from movies..
