 Rating:  - Totally satisfiedI own a Canon XTi camera and was very pleased with it. The 40D is a step above the XTi. The image quality is a step better. When you buy a particular brand of camera, whether it be Canon, Nikon, whatever, you "get in bed" with them because of ALL the accessories. I have more money invested in Canon compatible lenses, than just the camera. The Nikon D300 came out and it is a step above the 40D.
