My feet get a little beat up from wearing cleats all the time, so cushy running shoes like these are great. I have high arches and a neutral gait, if that information is helpful in assessing this review. The first reviewer, is right, though, if you want to "feel the road", buy something else. Rating: - SquishyI bought these as an every day trainer. I don't have a very high arch but found after two weeks the shoes rubbing on the top of my feet. A quick relace solved that problem. They squish. There is a gel inside the forefoot and heel and it squishes when you make contact with the cement. I find it somewhat distracting but I am trying to get over it.
