Venus Doom, produced by Tim Palmer (The Cure, U2 and HIM's Dark Light), elevates the band's summer-of-love-gone-goth to even greater heights. Two years ago, HIM had 45,000 MySpace friends. Today it has 400,000 and growing. We are all doomed. Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - NOT AS GOOD AS CLASSIC HIMI DEFINATELY LOVE KISS OF DAWN. but this stuff is little compared to thier earlier stuff. Rating: - Their Best Effort Yet.This is HIM's best album ever simply because "Sleepwalking Past Hope" and "Cyanide Sun" are on it. The rest are good as well, especially "The Kiss Of Dawn" long version. If Mr. Valo could keep going in the progressive direction, he might end up a respectable artist in the long run. The first time I listened to it, my eyes became very wide and a huge smile spread across my face. It's a very heavy album, but it's still 100% HIM. This is a great album for HIM fans and metal-heads alike. If you haven't heard HIM and love heavy music, this album is a great starting ...
