![]() Rating: - Spyro..againSpyro is a fun little dragon with all the blood and gore of all lot of the other games. This game interest my 14 year old stepson, who is used to playing "T" and "M" rated games at his house. I have a preteen and primary school age child that love to move this dragon around and meet the challenges that this game and complex goals. Rating: - Nice game, but they took some of the features of "A New Begining" away.Graphics: 8/10. Charming 3D graphics , stunning particle effects, beautiful environments, you name it. The 3D designers/animators were obviously pros. The only problem is that the pixels are rather sharp, but that's just a minor flaw. Music: 7.5/10. I won't say perfect, but it is still very good. I poured blood, sweat and tears into those games. They were great: imaginitive, creative, and challenging. I could escape from my own world as a kid and become a dragon for a day. It was a dream come true for me. Unfortunately, the new Spyro game leaves a lot to be desired. Gone is the care-free roaming and playful burning of enemies. Gone is the light-hearted ... Rating: - So-So repeat for SpyroUnfortunately, this game follows the "wham-bam" focus as it's most recent predecessors. It's not about exploring anymore, it's about whopping enemies on the head, ad nauseam. Compared to the first three Spyro games, this one completely sucks. But if you look at it independently, it's not so bad, just repetitive to the nth degree. Spyro fans go ahead and buy it, but casual gamers may skip out on this one. |
