 Rating:  - Don't expect to use pci expressI've been really happy with this motherboard (and asus in general) until tonight, when I tried to install a pci-express disk controller (Supermicro AOC USAS L4i L4iR). The sockets don't line up with the case slots! I can't install this card in either of the pci express slots because it won't fit. Rating:  - Stay away from this motherboard if your using 1066 DDR2 or RaidThis is the crapiest motherboard. I bought because it had raid. Turns out it only works external. Also raid chews up too much system resources. I also bought Corsair DDR2 1066 dominator RAM. The board will not switch to it. Only runs at 800. I do not recommend. I was very disappointed. Sent email to antonline asking to exchange they never replied. Rating:  - Flexible y PracticoSiempre había utilizado board de Intel, pero quise probar con la marca ASUS por varias razones. Les puedo decir que este board es fácil de configurar,a diferencia del Intel, es bastante flexible para los componentes a utilizar (memorias por ejemplo). La función de OC asistida de ASUS es muy practica para usuarios que se inician en el OC, y sacar mas poderdel CPU. No problems with booting, everything went together well with no hardware or resource conflicts. My most demanding apps & gaming software run great! |
