When I opened the box there were baby blue bands and no royal blue bands. I contacted the company at the email address included in the packaging to ask them about the substitution three times over the course of two weeks and never received a reply. The colors of the bands were extremely important as they were designating teams in a sporting event and I included that information in my email. No reply. ...
