![]() Rating: - Great flying but...This is a great flying game, very kool graphics and game play but...The story line is pretty bad and way to much talking going on. Plus i'd love for it to have a mode where you can doigfight someone in free flight with two controllers. Its only one player but you can dogfight online if you want, which requires an Xbox live account, i guees its all about the mighty dollar. The game costs enough as it is, can they at least cut us a break on something, i want to dogfight my buddy sitting next to ... I don't understand some of the other negative reviews. Yes the cut scenes are silly but they have a certain melodramatic humor to them, and we buy video games for the game play, not the cut scenes. Handling was decent and controls made a good transition to the new platform. Rating: - Not the best in the seriesThe differences between this one and AC-4, AC-5, AC-0 I think are that the graphics in terms of terrain, missile trails, and planes are superior, but the missions are much, much longer and divided into multiple parts. This is not all good or bad, but different. At times it's nice to be able to start from the last "checkpoint", rather than go through a long, tedious mission until you get to the next phase, etc. You can get a little worn out or lose your peak interest during the mission. I don't have ... Read More Rating: - Fun - but not a little too shortI think I pretty much agree with everyone else who reviewed this game. It's a fun game, especially when you consider that there aren't very many flight combat sims/shooters for the XBox. And one can't get over the beauty of the photo-realistic scenes you're immerse in at every mission. I'm not ashamed to say that I almost cried the first time I played a demo of this game on my 42" Plasma HDTV. However, the game is a little too short. Plus there isn't much replay value. In addition, the cut scenes (that ... Read More |
