"Goodnight and Goodbye" grabs hold with guitar-fueled urgency, "Still in Love" borrows from old-school acts like KISS to build a slighter, kid-friendlier brand of classic rock, and "Games" has a respectable go at ska without sacrificing much in the way of pure-pop accessibility. The whole disc follows suit--a couple of ballads slide in ("Hello Beautiful" is a pretty one), but the brothers don't do much to dispel the idea that for them, uptempo ditties are where it's at.  Rating:  - New Jersey's Bee JaysI say "New Jersey's Bee Jays" because brothers Nicholas,Kevin and Joseph Jonas hail from New Jersey(I wish I knew exactly where,curiously because I'm a New Jersey native myself). This trio,I would say,is Hanson and the Bee Gees both in one. I always have been a Hanson and Bee Gees fan. As for the "Bee Jays",I once said that about the Jackson 5/Jacksons. This album is a step up from their debut "It's About Time," with funkier, more complex songs. Hit songs "SOS," and "When you Look me in the Eyes," drive the album, while tracks such as "Goodnight and Goodbye," and "Hello Beautiful," trace te bands evolution from rock to soul. So i was dissapointed, i thought the cd cover looked kinda cool, but that was about it. I called these guys F-a-g-s, i think and didnt pay anymore attention since.
