 Rating: - Love it!!!Cannot remember where I heard these guys for the first time but once I did, their music and message became infectious! I bought the entire CD, run it on my Ipod all the time and workout...yes that is right...workout at the gym all the time to them....! My favorite is warming up to "Clap Ya Hands"! Talk about an uplifting way to reach your target heartrate :)!! This is a must have CD!!!
