ITS FULL OF FREESTYLE HITS FROM THE LATE 80S AND EARLY 90S. MOST OF THE SONGS ON THIS CD DONT EVEN GET PLAYED ON THE RADIO ANYMORE. IF YOU WORK OUT THIS IS THE CD FOR YOU.
