 Rating:  - Toooooooooooo little...This thing is way too little. It doesn't see anything. It might be okay if you have a very small infant that does not move, but to use at work, as it is advertised can be, it is no good. The reception is fine, you just can't see anything because there is no range on the cameras and no view on the monitor! Rating:  - Easy set-up, seems to work greatJust got this, bought one monitor and 2 cameras. Set up was simple, easy to follow directions. Worked flawlessly immediately. Haven't used the product for long, so can't speak to durability. The range wasn't great (maybe 50 feet) so I decided to UPGRADE to a more expensive item. MISTAKE. The SVAT GX5150 had the same results. When I go about 50 feet away I would receive some static and disturbance lines in the video. When I was closer, the video was extremely clear. But around 50 feet, it would drop dramatically. It could be that I am in an apartment complex, but I was just hoping for better. Rating:  - works like a champI got this for my first son, he has just started sleeping in his crib/room and no longer in mine; being his room is upstairs from mine, I wanted a way to easily check on him. This camera does that! While the LCD on the handheld is small, it is big enough to see what is going on in full color during the day and b/w at night with it night vision. I have been using it everyday for a couple of months now, and I can't find any reason to complain. I hung it above my daughter's crib to monitor how she is doing during her naptime or at night. Now I can clearly see everything on the monitor so I can check on her whenever I want, without rushing to her bedroom. Obviously "mommy out of sight, out of mind" makes my baby sleep comfortably and now she is not disturbed by my frequent visits to her bedroom. ... Read More |
