I know because I ordered it based on the description which says it has the 5 3/4 inseam, but it does not. I used 2xist briefs (which cost about the same) and they did a good job, but now that switched to these - WOW. Much more supportive and the material is much more skin-tight and slimmer material than the 2xist cotton briefs.
