 Rating:  - My favoriteI have most of Dr. Thompson's CD's and this is my favorite CD. I also have several levels of the Centerpointe Holosync series, which I enjoy also. Comparing the two series (Dr. Thompson's CD's vs. Centerpointe Holosync), I give the edge to Dr. Thompson. I find that the music on Dr. Thompson's series is more soothing and relaxing. I can also detect the beats, which my system seems to respond to better, than in the Holosync. As far as this Gamma CD, as I say it is my favorite. I don't find the ... Read More Rating:  - I was expecting more.I bought this CD in the hopes of making meditation easier. It did not help my mediation sessions at all. I couldn't concentrate while listening to it. As other reviewers state it sounds dark and sinister, but that's actually what I liked about it. When I sleep I need total silence and darkness, but I found out that this is the only CD I can listen to that will actually help me go to sleep. If you buy it for meditation and it doesn't work you can also try it as a sleep aid. Rating: - These Binaural Beats are Awesome!I was totally amazed when I listened to this CD. I have always had trouble "quieting my mind" enough to meditate. Not any more! This CD takes you straight to the high vibrational gamma waves and make meditating natural...you are automatically transformed to a higher vibrational being emanating thoughts of love and light. His other CD's are much better. Rating: - soul releasingThis is one of the top meditation cd's I have ever experienced. I have most of Dr. T's CDs and many other albums featuring binaural beats and brainwave entrainment. This is my favorite.
