 Rating:  - Really good scanner and paper feedThe immediate "send to printer" function doesn't seem to work, but this really scans well, and has easy to use software. Good paper feeder Rating:  - One headache after anotherMy employer here in San Francisco (I'm not in Kentucky like is says above) purchased one of these scanners to help us go paperless in the office. We have tons of paper documents that need to be scanned and archived. However, using this scanner has been one headache after another. Yes, it is fast, but it also jams often, and often grabs more than one page at at time(if this doesn't cause it to jam then it simply means pages end up missing in the scan).
