This DVD may work for you if you like to really ride slowly and by yourself. There are no other bikers in the video. These are all really nice visual rides, great for the price too - you get 75 minutes of visuals through the Oregon roads in the Fall, both inland and coastal. The "forward-motion" views keep you pushing ahead. There are so many scenic rides I don't get bored with workouts.
