 Rating: - Very comfortable shoesIt's my second pair of new ballance shoes. They are light, comfortable and I reccomend them very much. Rating:  - A Good Running ShoeI've been using New Balance running shoes for over 25 years and they have never given me an injury that kept me from running, a record other shoes I've tried can't match (I first tried a pair of Z-coils, which both perform and hold up well but felt as is I were running on stilts. Then I bought a pair of ASICS Gel Enduro 3 Trail Running Shoe Mens and promptly gave myself a case of shin splints that took a full year to heal (how was I to know they were for trail running? You mean people run on TRAILS?) ... Read More Rating: - Solid ShoeThis is the 6th pair of 991/992's I've owned. They're a great pair of shoes for my running style and gait. Every other brand gives me knee pain. Not these. Plus they are classy and retro looking and all that. Little pricey, but this is one area I don't skimp. Worth the money! Rating: - Comfort and updated designI bought these for my boyfriend to replace his 992s (he buys a pair or two a year and has done so for 5 years or so), and he was pleased that the fit and comfort were the same as always. He was also pleasantly surprised that the clear plastic bubble on the sides were edited out of this new edition because they corroded and cracked in his old pair. |
