It connects to my WPA-secured 802.11g network easily, and it can also connect to unsecured 802.11 networks all over town. You can install an SSH client and also a server. Turned out the upgraded os and the ablility to get access to all the Linux goodness made my Geek very happy. Turned out to be a great gift. With a Gig of SD card added and a new Kernel the memory and speed was vastly improved. The VPN works fantastic, the browsing regular sites is great and the screen is amazing.
