When I purchased these tee's, I noted a couple of reviews that said they run small, so I ordered XL's. I'm 6'4", 185 lbs - pretty slim. The shirts are a little big for my taste amd I would prefer a tighter neck. I wish I would have ordered a large which I think would have been a better fit for my build. Previously I wore a Russell NuBlend 50-50 large which fit great, but I thought I would try the heavyweight Fruit of the Loom. I would say both tee's are comparable in weight and quality.
