 Rating:  - Great Winter running wearIts great for running in the really cold weaather (less than 30) you don't have to wear a whole lot more than a jacket a little heavier than a wind type jacket. Don't forget the CW-X insulator tights. Rating:  - CW-X Insulator TA great base layer but don't mistake it for cold weather protection all by itself - you need an appropriate jacket in cold temperatures.
