Often I'm out into the forests and bush country where there is no place to download the many pictures I've taken so I wanted some extra cards. These cards more than fit the bill. The slot was there so I thought for the cost it was worth trying out. So far after a couple of weeks I have not noticed any appreciable speed difference, but the RAM is there just in case.
