With his friend and mentor Dane Sanders (real life pro-surfer JARROD DEAN), Nick trains to ride massive walls of water, despite knowing that the waves could leave him wheelchair-bound and bitter as they did his own father. When Nick decides to break the shackles of his over-bearing father, he teams up with a manager with ulterior motives. Nick's manager uses him to smuggle drugs while traveling to the world's surfing competitions. When the scam is discovered, Nick takes the fall and winds up in jail. Behind bars, Nick realizes that the only thing holding him back is his own doubts. Average Rating:
