 Rating:  - Good idea. Battery didn't work. Cust. Service=worse everBattery didn't ever charge properly. So the thing doesn't work unless I have it plugged into a computer. So a waste of time really. Now I have been told by Planon that it's going to take '8-12 weeks' before I can get an exchange from Planon. I think that's pathetic. And judging by the poor, poor customer service, I am expecting to be waiting for far more than 8-12 weeks. In times past, I would have to ask the lawyers for the documents they quoted from. Now with the Docupen, it takes literally a minute to scan the document I require which causes little inconvenience to them but ensures the accuracy of the transcript. Read More Rating: - ExcellentThis is an excellent hand held scanner. It takes practice to use becaue you need to learn to hold it steady and move it quickly without jerking it. They have a phone number for help and I needed it to get the software installed. The directions weren't accurate but the help was free and they made sure I could use the scanner before we were done. |
