Editorial Review:

Product Description:
In Resident Evil 4 you'll know a new type of horror, as the classic survival-horror action returns with all-new characters, controls and storylines. We last saw Leon S. Kennedy in Resident Evil 2 - a rookie cop in Raccoon City, fighting to stay alive. That was six years ago. Since then, government forces have managed to control the zombie threat and Leon has become a Federal agent. When the President's daughter is kidnapped, Leon tracks her to a remote, hidden fortress in Europe - where he'll relive the horror he faced six years before. Players will face never-before-seen enemies that make Nemesis seem like a kitten. You'll be wishing for the usual Resident Evil zombies!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Fantastic
I can't decide which I like best. This RE or the remade original for the GC. Oh well who cares. I'll just keep playing them both. Great Game. Makes owning a Nintendo worth it.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Leon Saves Ashley... Again... and Again.
So I'm not much of a gamer. This review might be useless to the die hard gamers who obviously loved this game, but I think it might appeal to casual fans of gaming. I've played my fair share of video games, both sensationally senseless fun ones and more serious ones like this, so I think I'll be able to give this a fair rating.

THE GAME: Very easy gameplay. The control one has over shooting, slashing, and walking is very comfortable and realistic. The areas are expansive, which is ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Oh ok... wow. That is all I can say
Haven't beaten it... and haven't even gotten half way in the game but.. WOW. This game is engrossing. Is it perfect in every way? As far as games go... yes. Not to sound pansy here but you will definately get a rush of adrenline when you meet and greet the foes in this game. The pop of the heads getting blown off is just plain cool. In most games of this type you expect to just walkthrough blowing away everyone with no worries. Not here... you better pay attention and think or you will get an ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A Most Cohesive Experience
Resident Evil 4 shuns some of the frustrating mechanics of previous RE games in favor of pure adventure gameplay. The plot is decent and the enemies memorable, but the real draw of the game is its ability to draw you forward. Each section of the game is a setpiece, meaning that each level, populated with original enemies and memorable scripted events lingers in the memory long after you play it. Upgrading your weapons and equipment is addictive and finding strategies to conserve ammo is a must and ... Read More
