Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - '70's Disney Fun!
It's Friday the 13th, and tomboy thirteen-year-old Anabel Andrews (Jodie Foster) and her more level-headed mother Ellen (Barbara Harris) are at odds again, causing each to wish they were in the other's shoes. Both seem to think the other has it easy, and they soon find out otherwise when their wish comes true and their spirits swap bodies inexplicably! Now in her mother's body, Anabel discovers that Ellen has more to do all day than sit around watching TV and eating junk, and also that her dreamy ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Makes my wife happy
My wife loves this movie... and as always the original is much better than the remake.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - FREAKY FRIDAY 1977
I saw the Newer Version, FREAKY FRIDAY 2003, before I saw this Original. And it wasn't until a LONG while later as I didn't think that I would of cared for it. Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - way funnier than the new one
I love this old classic. It is a whole lot funnier and just plain fun to watch. Alot less complicated than the new one. My kids loved this one. This was Disney at its best.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I'd like to be you for a day...
Yours truly is in ecstasy right now. Here it is, Freaky Friday on DVD. I've had it on VHS for some time now and have been patiently waiting for the DVD release. And here it is. I've popped it in and the title sequence is playing now, ahhh the warm memories.

When I first saw this movie with some friends of mine it had a huge impact on my life. I can't help but think that my core philosophy has been impacted by this movie as well. The music is great, what little there is of it. Especially ... Read More
