Rating:  - Works greatI'm a first year college student and had to ditch the blender for a protein shaker. It's been over a month now and it's still working great. My protein powder is never clumpy (ON Whey). I generally shake it for 40-60seconds. Ignore the comments about this leaking - if you make sure the lid is on tight and the caps are closed, it won't leak - trust me on that. It's a good product for the price. I highly recommend it. The picture does not show this very well, but there is a small tab opposite the spout which covers a small hole that allows air to enter the bottle as you pour out the contents - I think this is to reduce splashing. Add the milk or liquid first, then add the protein powder, so you won't have sludge on the bottom of the cup. I shake vigorously for 30 seconds-1 minute, depending upon how much protein powder I add, and definitely over the sink, because my cup does leak a little from the side while shaking. The only issue I had with is that the seal isn't perfect on the lid so there is a wee bit of leaked when you shake it up. |
