 Rating:  - Experiencing divinityThis CD has become part of my lifestyle. I have derived tremendous benefits by listening to it since 2003. To me, it's all about belief and faith. Rating: - You will be amazedThe first time I follwed Dr. Chopra's meditation for healing I actually experienced that which he was intending and relief of sciatic pain. Learning to let go of resentment, grievances and regret...learning forgiveness, gratitude, and focus in any area of the body. The pamphlet that comes with the CD is superb.
