Editorial Review:

Amazon.com:
The first solo Latino rapper to go platinum (with 1998's Capital Punishment), Christopher "Big Pun" Rios didn't live to see the release of this follow-up. Despite a relieved-sounding boast about losing 100 pounds on the percolating "It's So Hard," Pun died of apparent heart problems early in 2000. Yeeeah Baby is a final testament he could be proud of. Imaginative production backs Pun to the hilt as he moves from the smooth Spanglish flow of "It's So Hard" to the living-well-is-the-best-revenge tale "Laughing at You" and the neighborhood-threatening "New York Giants." Loud, strong, and clear throughout, he'll be missed. --Rickey Wright

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - simply amazing
No one can come close to puns verses and i doubt anyone will. this cd is great plz get it.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - better than 60% of hip hop today
this album is not better than C.P. but pun has some descent tracks:watch those(best song),off wit his head, its so hard(first single),NY giants, and my turn(lyrical).Pun was probably high on these garabage tracks:we don't care(what was he thinking),my d**k(he didnt even rap on this song),leather face(wack hook and beat),100%(too comercial),laughing at you(has a nice beat but the flow lacks),and you was wrong(stupid but pun's part was nice).watch those was the only reason i bought the album.CP has better ... Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Nooooooo Baby
A murder was committed here and it was Big Pun's memory that suffered the loss. Before I start understand that I thought Capital Punishment is one of the best albums of 1998 but there is something very fishy about this posthumous album. After a very stupid intro by Lord Sear, The album begins off with the track Watch Those which is pretty good(even though I do agree that the hook is suspect). Off With His Head(feat Prospect of Terror Squad) and New York Giants(feat MOP) and Leather Face are also dope tracks. ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Better then most
Not a classic like his first, but still better then most efforts.Especialy in the age of bling and non-rhyme skills.Pun still shows he had more talent in his fat little pinky toe then 99% of the rappers alive today.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - THIS WAS OK.
YOU CAN STILL BOUNCE TO THIS!!!!!OR RELAX TO THIS.....TRY THIS ONE OUT.
