Sting was a big Evans fan, and when they finally met, ... Read More Rating: - One of the best live recordings of Sting...Is Sting monotonous and emotionless? Well, as much as I worship him, I cannot deny the criticism sometimes. In terms of vocal performance, this is definitely the best live recording of Sting, despite the fact that the concert was not played by his own band. Gil Evans Band, unsurprisingly, was incredibly good. Perhaps they also brought out the best of Sting. As other ... Read More |
