Rating:  - THE IRISH TENORS, HOW GREAT THEY AREthis CD of THE IRISH TENORS is one of their best. I enjoy it every time I play it as if it was the very first time I heard it. Rating: - The first and bestThis is the first and the best of the Irish Tenors recordings (at least of those I have heard). I, personally, enjoy John McDermott much more than Finbar Wright, who replaced him. I have several recordings of "Danny Boy," and McDermott's stands out as the most authentic of them all. And this is before Ronan Tynan strayed into other genres and lost his vibrancy. Anthony Kearns? Consistently solid and enjoyable.
