These cds are highly recommended Rating:  - Relaxation CDGreat CD to listen to when coming home from work. It really relaxes all your muscles and takes away the tension. Rating: - Great background for going to sleep...My wife and I have long used soft music backgrounds for when we read or as we go to sleep. We found Stephen Halpern in late 2006 and enjoyed used his "Sleep Soundly" CD for many months. Looking for something new for Christmas 2007, we tried "Effortless Relaxation" and like it even better! Both of these are based on being unobtrusive and when using them to go to sleep, we never hear the end portions of the CD - we are already snoozing. Rating: - Perhaps the best CD for relaxationI love to relax with music and had a chance to hear various artists including other works from Steven Halpern. This one is for me by far the best relaxation pieces of music and stands out from all the rest. You can relax in minutes with this CD, works great! Rating: - Outstanding CDI can't say enough about this CD. It is great to meditate to. If you just want to take a 20 minute nap, it is possible with the help of Steven Halpern's music and sounds on this CD. I have it uploaded to my iPod and on a difficult migraine night I just pop the ear peices in and go to sleep listening to this over and over again on shuffle. Highly recommended! |
